As a disabled person, I do have some feedback. 1. Bed mattress was way to soft/spongey for any support 2. Shower fold down chair should be somehow height adjustable (some of us are 6ft tall and struggle to stand from low position) 3. Rubber non slip mat for balance and security when move in shower to reduce risk of slips, no plug for sink? 4. Front door access, extremely heavy and awkward to operate with lack of strength issues. General feedback, due to the prices of carpark $35.00 per day I was reluctant to spend even more money for your other services EG Breakfast, which I also found odd I couldn't order as room service?? Positive, the staff were wonderful including your house keeping, the coffee was top class as was the food I was able to afford to taste but the sticky date pudding? well Hungary Jack's does a better version That's it, cheers Kelvin Tomlinson room 417

This is such an amazing find. Our usual stays weren’t available so after several searches we found Pacific Views Resort. What a find. Great value, such beautifully maintained and presented accomodation overlooking the ocean and a 3-5 min walk from the best village centre with bars, cafes, restaurants and an IGA, bakery etc. we will most definitely be back. There is also a cafe just below the hotel which was amazing. And if you have serious food allergies, it’s fully able to accomodate.

Great location dry nice well kept complex

Everything went fine over the weekend. We only had one small blip over breakfast. We booked for 2 adults and 2 kids - giving our kids age of 14 when we booked. When we went to breakfast, the breakfast staff said breakfast was only including kids, which is 12 years and under. We were always clear on the kid's ages so I'm not sure why they weren't included in the 'breakfast included' option. Very confusing. This should be made very clear when booking as the breakfasts at the hotel is very expensive - over $50 a person!
