She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. I’d also like to recognize the incredible breakfast team. Their friendliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Exceptional service is what transforms a great hotel into an unforgettable experience, and the team at Vertali did exactly that. Nice and quiet, very accommodating staff.

My overall impression of that hotel: Never again! The attitude of the staff does not correspond to a 5* hotel, but rather a cheap hostel. "All-inclusive" statement is false - only cheap and low level drink is included. Any normal wines and cocktails are at the additional cost. Shouts and attitude of the local staff are just killing the vacation mood.

This boutique hotel is a gem in the mountains. The staff are outstanding and make your stay worth every minute. They are attentive, friendly, helpful, and proactive at all times. The surrounding views are incredible and this is the ultimate quiet escape away from the crowds. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel and I look forward to returning.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Domus Blanc, beautiful boutique hotel that is really well located and walking distance from most main attractions. The staff was amazing and we are especially grateful for Anna who really went out of her way to make our stay memorable.

Very helpful and attentive staff. Breakfast was a real highlight, and dinner in the hotel was just as good. The views over Chania are amazing although you’re a bit limited by what can be done on foot so you’ll need taxis but staff can help to make the bookings. The spa treatments are good value.

Room was always clean and spacious. Cleaners excellent as well as all staff, (reception and restaurant) all friendly. Food was good at breakfast and quick service. Really enjoyed our stay.
