The hotel is perfect for a beachy, chilled holiday if that’s what you enjoy. The small town has some shops etc which is good and Chania is only a 30 minute drive away along with Souda which are beautiful towns. Especially the Chania markets! A must go to if you love a bargain! The hotel could be somewhat more clear on what is included etc. The hotel is amazing so don’t let that put you off but we were told the tourist charge was €10 euro per room, per night, which is correct but we were also charged extra and we’re unsure really what that was for. Also we have been twice to this hotel, the first time when booking we had the option available to go all inclusive plus but the second time that option wasn’t available until we arrived at the hotel and it was quite steep compared to the first time we visited the hotel and with not much difference to the basic all inclusive package. After all a gin and tonic is a gin and tonic be that from the local gin or branded big name gin. Overall though, lovely place to stay and the staff are amazing! So helpful and super polite! Will absolutely be back again!

The staff were absolutely lovely, helpful, friendly, and accommodating in every way. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We felt like the staff got to know our family and were very kind and ready to answer any questions and help with anything. The property itself was beautiful and well maintained. They thought if everything, even a small robe and slippers for our daughter!

The AC did not work the first day we were there, not very happy about that. But overall the hotel is amazing.

Very good food, nice quiet place and not over crowded, pools were perfect, very helpful great staff, so glad we stayed here.

The caring and personable staff really made the stay at this hotel a pleasure. They made an effort to customise things to your taste and were very kind with surprising free drinks when just relaxing by the pool. The owners, Matthew and Kim, are incredibly sweet and welcoming, and they’ve created a truly beautiful hotel. My children absolutely loved it here. The property features two pools and is set in a quiet, picturesque location that’s perfect for relaxing. The accommodations were wonderful—spacious rooms, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and clearly prepared with care. The nearby restaurant options were excellent, offering great variety within easy walking distance. Two beautiful beaches are just a short drive away—both small, peaceful, and never too crowded—which made our days by the sea even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a beautiful experience from start to finish. I loved every moment of my stay and would highly recommend Paradice Luxury Hotel to anyone visiting Crete.
