Room , pool & property was very clean. Staff were very obliging. Price included full board (breakfast lunch & dinner). Property was a bit hard to locate was the only drawback.

Beautiful Hotel in a Great Location, But Some Details Let It Down We recently stayed at Castello Boutique Suites in Sissi, Crete to celebrate our anniversary, and overall, we had a very good holiday. The hotel made a wonderful gesture by upgrading us to a larger suite with a private side pool, which felt so special and really set the tone for our stay. The suite itself was stylish and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent every morning, and the staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The location couldn’t be better — just a 2-minute walk from the charming port of Sissi, with plenty of tavernas and shops nearby. That said, as this is marketed as a five-star hotel, we were a little disappointed by some details. Positives: – Thoughtful anniversary upgrade to a suite with private pool. – Beautiful, modern, and spacious room. – Fantastic location (2 minutes from Sissi port). – Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and quality. – Friendly, professional, and welcoming staff. – Relaxed, peaceful atmosphere throughout. Negatives: – Private pool jets and lights didn’t work; nothing was fixed during our stay. – Pool needed topping up and sides had algae. – No towel hooks in the bathroom; “do not disturb” system broken. – Daily housekeeping, but balcony wasn’t cleaned in 8 nights. – Cups and glasses not refreshed — had to wash them ourselves. No blinds/curtains: poolside window let in sun at 5am, back window was lit at night, affecting sleep and

We had an amazing stay at Paralos Venus Suites! The food was absolutely incredible, and Julian at the bar and Katerina were both amazing. They made our experience even more special with their kindness and great service. Our room was perfect, and I especially loved having YouTube Premium on the TV — such a nice touch! The property itself is beautiful, relaxing, and very well maintained. My only complaints were that there weren’t always enough cabanas around the pool, so on some days it was difficult to find somewhere to sit. I also wish the servers came down to the pool more frequently to take drink orders. One thing to know is that the property does not have a private beach. The beach is about a 7-minute walk away, and beach chairs with an umbrella are available to rent for €30. We also loved having a little corner store nearby, and the car rental place was super convenient and only about €40 for the day. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The food was amazing, the staff were wonderful, and the property was beautiful. We would absolutely come back! ❤️

Nice pool and rooms have really great views. Rooms are clean but a little dated and some areas need some upgrades. Staff were ok.

Great location. Parking easy and close. Walk to good restaurants and to the beach. Excellent staff! Would definitely recommend!

One of the best resorts in Crete. The location and private beach are absolutely stunning. The resort offers excellent facilities, and there’s also plenty to explore in the surrounding area. This was my second stay at Daios Cove, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. I already can’t wait to go back!
