Great hotel, close to restaurants and venues

They had really good buffet breakfast. Room was neat and very close to tram stop

Reception staff were friendly and helpful and the accommodation was spacious enough for the four of us.

Hotel was safe wirh parki g facilities Hot tub and swimming pool Place was very clean and tidy. Staff is nice. Hotel was crowded. We had a shrt break with family

Great room for families - sofa bed was not the comfiest though and room was a little tired. Rest of the hotel was great, breakfast was good too.

Unexplained unpleasant odor in our room associated with air conditioning

Overall, the hotel is beautiful, and our room was both lovely and spacious. The breakfast was also amazing. However, we found the bathroom layout a bit impractical. The tub does not have a curtain, which makes it difficult to take a stand up shower without getting the surrounding area wet.

The welcome gifts of chocolate, a free drink were a nice treat; ;having a drink in the tea room after a few train rides was a really nice way to unwind.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, but I felt it was over priced. The fresh mozzarella was amazingly fresh and delicious. The staff were helpful, but not always available at the front desk. My stay was for 2 nights. Location was convenient.
