Large,.modern, clean room. We paid the extra for three to the room. Good value price to quality and just good anyway. It also has parking and three disabled spaces at the front. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We didn't use the restaurant, bar or business facilities, though the former looked smart. For easy and deserved 5 out of 5.

Our suite was charming, with beautiful decor, comfortable furniture, and a beautiful view. Breakfast was delicious. Some items were served buffet-style and egges were cooked to order. The buffet food was fresh and of a nice variety. Butter, cheese, meats, and smoked salmon were brought to our table. A variety of self-service choices were available from a beautiful coffee machine. Wait staff would bring coffee to us upon request. This is a lovely, relaxing boutique hotel.

Great location , next to supermarket and easy access to tube and tram stops. Restaurant and bar were lovely. We booked family room as needed 2 separate beds and that was only option. Room felt dated and in need of TLC. We did report an issue with our room (toilet seat hanging off) which we hoped would be sorted, but that wasn’t dealt with whilst we were there. Beds were very comfortable. We had a lovely stay, just wished they’d sorted the toilet seat for us.

A basic Motel 6 (bare bones) type hotel. Walked to the Balkan Deli about 2 blocks away to get take out delicious goulash. Elevator works well which was needed for spouse with limited mobility.

Perfect location. Near the square, 15 minute walk to the trains. Staff were extremely accommodating, even helping us with an issue with paperwork for a situation at home. The courtyard bar was lovely. Definitely put this hotel on your list for a stay in Gouda.
