I like the location just next to parliament.easy for everything. Only when we stay the washer doesn’t work it need to repair. Staff friendly too Nice place highly recommended.

Our apartment was very spacious and stylishly decorated, with direct access to the garden and pool. The fridge was stocked with milk, yoghurt, cheese, ham and jams. Every morning, you received bread and a small pastry. However, it might have been nice to have a bit more variety for breakfast. The location was good for us. It’s out of the very centre of Lisbon, but it is located just 10/15 minutes walk away from the old area of Lisbon.

What a fabulous hotel for exploring Lisbon! It is in the Baixa but is so accessible to almost everything you want to see. The common areas and rooms are beautifully designed and feature many nods to Lisbon landmarks. The breakfast is stellar, with lovely fruit and egg dishes to order. Even though this is a busy street, the rooms are quiet at night. The linens and beds are high quality and the staff is friendly and helpful. I will look for this brand in other European cities.

The grounds must’ve been amazing before the storm, with roaming peacocks, and views of the town. The hotel is pretty dated, and bathroom didn’t have doors separating toilet or bathing area from the rest of the room. Staff was lovely and breakfast was well prepared.

The hotel was centrally located. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable- will definitely be back!

Complimentary tea, coffees, water, pastries, biscuits, fruit and port were available throughout the day and night. There was also a bar for those guests who wanted something different. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The historic charm of the hotel and its locality were perfect. Altogether, a great place to stay.

The room was immaculate. The staff outstanding. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is in a perfect spot- lots of shops, restaurants and close to the water. I would highly recommend this hotel!
