I was on the third floor and the internet was perfect no issues at all. Room was lovely and clean, bedding and towels brilliant white and the biscuits were an added touch. Attached humans restaurant.

Great hotel, clean and lovely breakfast. The conference facilities are top notch.

This hotel was chosen because it is directly opposite the Philharmonic. It was perfect in every way. We have been to Liverpool many times and it is convenient for sightseeing and shopping.

Hotel was Fabulous Start to finish, over all experience was great. Room was clean as well as the hotels other amenities. Would definitely be back and highly recommend

Note that the majority of ‘Classic Rooms’ are lower ground with a smaller window and little natural light. I did not feel the photos represented this, however Alex at front-of-house was really great at handling the situation and worked hard to find me an alternative. Unfortunately the only above ground classic room had one side of the bed against the wall which we found incredibly unusual and took me back to my student days. So in the end we upgraded and the manager kindly did this at a reasonable rate. The room we were then in was really lovely and airy with a lot of natural light. Comfortable and quiet and very clean. Would stay again noting the room type we would choose next time.

The room was lovely and the bed comfortable. The shower was hard to get to run hot and then it kept going cold. Breakfasts are fresh and beautifully cooked by Richard. I was on my own and the only pesrson in the guesthouse, the first night. I picked up my card key from the porch, no one there to welcome. It would have been a nice touch if there had been.
