Liked the traditional Japanese home. However the hotel is a bit cramped (possible same across Kyoto) - the room overall is big, but the number of doors/small enclosures make it feel cramped.

Lovely staff, great location , amazing view, hard to get an uber or Uber Eats to the hotel lobby being on the 19th floor. Also our room a slight smell. Other than that it was fabulous. Is will be staying here next time I come to Osaka

Great hotel, great location. We stayed for 2 nights with breakfast, the only fault was the breakfast as a westerner burgers fried chicken and pork skewers and chips are not for us , no toast or scrambled egg in sight shame as this let us down.
