Great location, good breakfast, very clean and nice and quiet. Only critique was that the refrigerator in my room did not work but otherwise I really liked this place.

Clean room although location not ideal if you want to visit the old town

Our room was amazing and very clean. The bed was super comfy. The staff made us feel comfortable and helped us with planning our trip to the Kitzbüheler Horn. The hotel offers a free trip to the top of the mountain and I can’t say enough about our experience to the top. Breakfast was great except the coffee. Our coffee was either bitter or lukewarm. The spa was the best part- so many different saunas to choose from and so clean. Our favorite was the herbal sauna which is very different than we expected. We will definitely return.

No A/C, makes it difficukt to sleep in the summer. We openned the window but it was still too hot. Forgot keycards in the room, was charged 10eur keycard deposit fee. Fortunately refunded when I returned the keycard

Great situation near the river and Mirabell Gardens. Friendly and helpful staff and a very nice room. Continental breakfast sadly most disappointing: needs better choice and better coffee!
