Paroisse Notre-Dame des Sources Waterpark Holidays

This was a terrible stay for a 4 star hotel. They missed the most important part: respecting the privacy and safety. We were there as part of a big group for a wedding. As soon as I arrived I asked for an iron. They gave it about couple hours later right before dinner time so I decided to go to dinner and then my dress for the wedding tomorrow. Before I leave, I told them I couldn’t find any hair conditioner or body lotion in the room, but I don’t want anybody in my room while I’m gone so please keep it at the reception and I’ll take it when I’m back. First of all, they never did. Second, they found out I’m out of the room and although I specifically asked them not to enter my room, they went in and looked around the room and took the iron while I was gone AND THEY NEVER GAVE IT TO ME so I had someone from Paris bring one. I can understand that all of a sudden 80 people ask for an iron but it is UNACCEPTABLE to enter someone’s room without permission and take something specially when they said NO ENTRY. Worst than that was the personnel’s attitude; they were like, I didn’t do it, someone else did maybe we give it to you tomorrow. I asked them, would you go to random people’s room and take the iron if I ask you for one, and they said. I. I don’t understand, how they thought is was okay to do it to me. Beside that, only the first floor is renovated and the rest of the floors were not ( my friend’s room) had terrible smell and they didn’t fix it until the second night.

We stayed in a Superior room on 1st floor. The room and bathroom are very spacious and we really enjoyed the stay. The staff were very nice and particularly a young female receptionist was very charming. Location was excellent, specially it is quite close to my family’s apartment. So I was quite familiar with the area but still some close-by restaurants were new for me. Highly recommended!

Nearby to everything and good connections. Staff were friendly aswell. Room was clean and spacious. Will stay here next time I come back to Paris

This quaint hotel is located on a quiet street and within walking distance to several restaurants and about 15 minutes from numerous shopping areas and interesting landmarks. The hotel staff are very helpful ( Kenza specifically). The rooms were clean and the kingsize bed comfortable. Having a patio to sit in after shopping and to have breakfast was a bonus! Although the basics were there for the breakfast some additional fruit would be a nice addition.

Restaurant staff for dinner and breakfast were amazing, especially our waitress Diana for Dinner.

This is definitely not a 5 stars hotel by any means. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean. No A/C in one of our rooms. No one picks up the phone when calling from the room.

Clean room, gym, lounge bahs

Precio calidad excelente

I booked this hotel for proximity to the Arthur Ashe Sport Centre. It was perfect to walk there. The room was clean, tidy and I had everything I needed….except quiet. My room was located next to the reception so I heard all the comings and going’s which actually wasnt too bad. But it was also next to the store room and as the staff used it at all hours, the door banged shut. Add to this, a strange electrical noise in my room: it sounded like a door buzzer and came from near the air con. It sounded off several times an hour at all times. I raised it with the staff who said it was an issue with all the rooms and was something to do with electrical overload. Anyway, I had little quiet enjoyment and interrupted sleep. Not great.

The staff were amazing! Super helpful and very attentive to detail and ways happy to help Hotel was super clean and very centrally located

Clean room. The decor was cute. Loved how the windows opened fully. The staff at this hotel were all amazing. Very helpful with everything.
