The property was OK. My wife had died in her hair and it got on the pillowcase and they were trying to charge me ฿1600 for one pillowcase that did not make sense to me. I thought that was excessive otherwise excellent stay

Everyone was so nice and the hotel is very clean, the only downside is there is a lotttttttttt of traffic as it’s in the business district, that’s not the hotel’s fault tho, just give yourself extra time if you have to go anywhere

The hotel was very well maintained and clean. All staff were extremely professional and friendly. Breakfast gave a wide variety of options. Our only disappointment was room service on our first day. Waited an hour for it to arrive, called them..apparently they forgot our order. When it did arrive 30mins later, the meal was no longer hot.

Nice, unique 5* hotel. The room was really great - I booked a junior suite and it was lovely. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, and just warm and welcoming. It was a really nice stay.

Only complaint was prior to arriving ordering a pick up from the hotel was impossible as their payment system was not working and there was no flexibility from the hotels end. They would not pick us up at airport and allow us to pay at hotel, even though it was their system not allowing the payment to go through. Tried 5 times with communication to hotel, they just kept telling us to try again which is not the answer. We took a taxi.
