Beautiful place to stay! 😁

Visiting the Austin area was fun, but our stay at the Plantation house Inn was definitely the highlight. From the amazing host and her delicious breakfast to the gorgeous surroundings and perfect amenities, you will want to come back again and again, if only to visit Luey and Norris!! Not only did we have a very well appointed room and amazing breakfast each morning, but we learned all about the local cowboy culture, and my son even purchased his first authentic cowboy hat. Would give it 10 stars if I could. Best decision of our trip to stay here!!

Not a 10/10 place but good. Clean, which counts for a lot. It’s an older property, which you can see in some wear and tear, especially in bathroom and door frames. Not a big deal, but not highest rating worthy. Biggest issue is we could hear our neighbors through the walls (kids woke us up at 7am). Front desk was distracted when checking in and gave us the wrong room number but it was resolved. Pool was amazing - could have stayed out there all day. Beds were super comfy. Lake view is amazing.

Incredibly friendly staff, breakfast at Nido was the best I’ve had in a long time! Would definitely come back.

Hallways and doors closing to rooms are extremely loud and very disruptful if your looking for peace and quiet. I stayed on the 35th floor.
