Samae San Island Waterpark Holidays

I was upgraded to a premium suite which was very nice but the space was too cold and I couldn't adjust the aircon to make it warmer. The lift was next door and it made clunking noises which were disturbing. The bed was a very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. There wasn't much around the hotel in terms of shops and restaurants.

Beautiful hotel, staff really friendly and helpful. Large rooms and easy to get all the main attractions of Bangkok by train or close enough and really cheap to get Grab from hotel

Fantastic little boutique with all the luxury and convenience of a larger hotel but much more style :) also the restaurant was surprisingly some of the best drinks and food of our trip!

I have stayed over 20 times at this hotel in the past several years and so booked it again this time, but I will not be staying there again. I checked in and still asked to pay 5,000 baht cash as deposit. This may be your standard practice but I don't carry that amount of cash and had just come from Hong Kong. I offered my debit payment card but this was rejected. Surely after so many visits you know me by now! Have I ever not paid you? I then found that the TV channels now don't have the BBC or other English language news or others that work. But the main problem and how to lose a loyal customer was I was charged 200 baht for a tiny stain (smaller than my finger nail) on one of the smallest hand towels. It's not the rip-off costs (not much money but far more than a replacement towel costs) but the attitude and not respecting a very regular customer. Your manager at reception said I had only stayed there once, although when I checked in the lady manager confirmed she could see I had been there many times. I will find another hotel next time for me and for my staff. It's very easy to lose good customers.
