It has everything you need and more. Clean spacious rooms, lobby, restaurant and poolside areas. Indoor pool, gym, steam room and sauna are a bonus. Great service from all staff and especially from the animation team. Food was varied enough with some special themed nights. The drinks selection is good enough with plenty of self-serve options. The self-serve ice cream machine was great as well. Good-sized pools with separate areas for children. A 20-minute walk to Nesebar.

We had a great time and a positive experience in general. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the beach and the main strip. At the same time it's in the quiet more family-oriented part of the resort and it was quiet at night. The food was quite nice as well and there were beer, drinks and ice-cream/snacks throughout the day. The negatives - this is not a 4 star hotel. It looks and feels more like a 3* hotel. On the balcony there were rust spots and bird poo which was not cleaned. The comfort of the room also didn't feel like a 4* experience. In addition, there were not enough Shezlongs on the beach so unless you got up really early in the morning you had to either put your towel on the sand or pay 15 euro for the paid Shezlongs next to the hotel area on the beach.

Despite crowdie season, the staff ( mostly ), the hotel itself, by architecture and position, offered a more than pleasant time inside. So close to the beach, morning breakfast in the vicinity of the infinity pool ( by the way, such a nice feeling in it ), and not to forget the SkyBar or the dedicated parking. A place to come back for sure.

Dirty, food is limited, staff is rude and incompetent.

At this moment, I think this is the best hotel in Sofia. Everything inside is modern and spotless, the staff is very helpful, and the amenities are top-notch.

Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful. Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. The Vitosha area had a nice atmosphere and lovely view from our room of the mountain. We hope to return again and will book this hotel. Perhaps ask for a room that is not over the restaurant.

We didn't get internet in the room and talk to the receptionist . But never was looked at. The air-conditioning was set by the hotel but it was hot . Parking you pay extra €15a day . The restaurant was good . Turkish food . The staff was friendly.

After spending one night at a "horror hotel" upon arrival, we were able to book our group into the Best Western Plus Olives City Hotel. This was the right move - we were three adults and two kids, and the "two-room apartment" they had on the 7th floor was perfect, and an added bonus of a hotel parking and an indoor pool made our lives easier for the duration of the stay. Breakfast was good too! Recommend!

Central location but located off a quiet side street. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and had good air-conditioning. The entry key system for late check in had been installed the previous day and they had forgotten to send me details for access. Once I was able to make contact via WhatsApp, they were able to sort this out quickly and I received calls from the manager and the owner to check that everything was okay.
