Room was clean and there is a shuttle to the airport.

Hotel was really great value for money staff were so nice , promptly fixed some problems I had and even help me fix my glasses . I will visit again

It was nice , but needs some upgrades in the rooms, the curtains and the furniture is OLD, and the bed was not the most comfortable. We still had good time.

The property is priced at the high end for this town, while it provides a run-down facility and mediocre hygiene. The in-room amenities barely work and carry the marks of many years of service, the towels have stains, and judging by the dates on the product labels of the equipment, the room we stayed in has not been refitted in at least 13 years. This was the worst spent 150 eur per night!

The hotel is situated in the mountains. We travelled here by the vintage narrow mountain train and arrived at a derelict train station. I contacted the hotel who kindly organised a taxi collection for us. The hotel is clean and the room was really nice and the bed is comfortable. I like the fact the hotel provide a bowl of fresh fruit in the room. The hot spring pools were lovely and great they stay open until 8pm. The restaurant food was really nice and also reasonably priced. The breakfast offered was excellent with a great selection of food. Room for improvement - perhaps offer flip-flops instead of slippers in rooms for the pool. The slippers got soaking wet! My friend is not overly large but the dressing gown did not fit her. She had to ask for a larger size which she found very embarrassing. Perhaps provide larger gowns as you really need a gown that covers you when you come out of the water as it’s cold outside.

The position of the hotel is perfect, with a view onto the ski road, and one minute from the ski lift. We stayed at the end of the season, so they were winding down. The hotel is tired and needs a refurb, but as a base to ski from it is fine.
