Very clean and comfortable and good staff Negatives: no bottled water, poor quality towels & soap, no shampoo and no red wine in the bar on the weekend ! We had s as very noisy street facing room which spoilt our stay . We had requested a quiet room through Expedia but had a terrible room

The place was nice! Had some trouble checking in but the girl that was working was very patient with my questions. Some appliances in the room did not work properly so that was a bit inconvenient but overall no issues with safety or anything either! Would recommend for first timers too

These apartments are in a superb location, close to so many of the interesting sites, restaurants and public transport. The entrance to the building is a bit off putting but our apartment was fine. It was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen even had a washing machine which we did not expect! We received emails in advance with instructions for everything in the room and the codes to access the building. From that point of view it is eather impersonal but the ladies at reception were pleasant and helpful when needed. We had issues with the electronic lighting. It was temperamental to say the least and frequently turned itself off while we were in the room. Bernadette was helpful in trying to iron out the problems which worked for a short time but then reverted to erratic behaviour. The apartment was too warm, even with the radiators turned off. In summary it was a good stay but could have been better if the heating and lighting issues were dealt with.

Messaged Hotel for directions from airport,a few days ago no reply.Late checking due to flight delays and unable to locate Hotel.No refreshments available only water.Minibar empty.Went to shower in am ,wet in shower no shower gel or shampoo,container empty Also noticed light was out above shower.Breakfast was varied ,no one there to take room no or give directions on first morning.Plates cold and food luke warm then put on a cold plate.Chairs were big and cramped together,making returning to buffet difficult.I left to go eat outside.No slippers provided or bathrobe.I did manage to sleep.Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.Due to many, attention to detail issues I would rather this as a Hotel 3*

We stayed here for 3 nights to escape the heat of Budapest, the resort is beautiful and well looked after. There is very little we could fault, the only exceptions was a rude man working at the spa who made us feel like we were interrupting his peace, and the automatic 15% service charge added whenever ordering anything from the spa. We asked for an icecream which they took from a freeze in the back room and yes 15% service charge added. The food was lovely for breakfast, and the dinner was good too, though the service was a bit slow, especially when you have children with you. Would definitely come back again though!

Location was great and the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast buffet was very nice as well. Greater attention to housekeeping would have been appreciated.

We were delighted with the location of this hotel- it was so central, it couldn't have been better! It is slightly tucked away and hard to initially find- on the first floor of another building- but the staff were super helpful at providing info and keycodes. The room was extremely spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also really nice- but you'd need to bring your own toiletries- there was limited shower gel/shampoo/conditioner. There are no amenities (ie breakfast/restaurant/bar)- but that's not a problem because there's so much on your doorstep. We would definitely stay here again- great location, great price.
