Everything was great and beyond expectation. Only one small issue: the coffee machine didn't seem to be working or not cleaned for a while. However, everything else was amazing.

A good place, close to the Shinagawa station, with pretty rooms and great services. It is a tad noisy during the day and the walls are thin. But overall, I enjoyed my stay and will come back for sure.

I travel a lot and stay at 5 star hotels. The experience I had at this hotel was far beyond disappointing due to the people who work at this facility. I don’t think they understand what the hospitality service means. It’s one thing to have an inconvenient situation but my problem is the way they dealt with the it. Poor explanation, poor communication, they made me feel like I am not an important customer when I spent $800 to stay for 1 night. I would never recommend or stay here. Front desk people were very inexperienced and unprofessional. They made me wait 30 minutes after check in time (3 pm) after they said my room will be ready in 5 minutes. There was a bug in my room so I got 2 bug bites. There were nobody to help me to get taxi downstairs. You should stay elsewhere if you want a true luxury 5 star experience.

Excellent location and very nice room. If you eat breakfast get a package that includes it - expensive to add afterwards.

I believe the description for the hotel foods it justice it’s way better. The hotel and rooms are great and the area around the hotel is safe and easy to navigate. The hotel is s short walk to super markets and convenience stores and a major shopping and dinning area. And close to subway station. Very good accomodation to stay with kids.
