Golan Heights Waterpark Holidays

Stayed in the hotel for 3 days...the rooms were renovated, (been here before) the dining area too. Location is excellent, walking distance to St Peter Square, Sistine Chapel, Metro to Termini... Staff area great...helped us with the directions ...Martha and Monica are Wonderful!!! Will be back for the third tine sometimes soon... Oh...breakfast is soo nice...various croissant to choose from....lol

I appreciated the close location to the beach. We were literally a walk across the street to the beach. Everything was walkable. The staff were attentive & present. Very helpful and friendly & accommodating. The lobby area always was clean smelling. I liked they provided complimentary bikes to ride, beach chairs & bottled water. What I did not like were the little bit of channels available on the tv. The stations they did have did not have service so it did not work. Would also recommend a full length mirror.

Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay a friend recommended PH and we are glad we went with it the staff is nice the rooms are big and spacious there’s a lot of budget friendly restaurants and convenient stores the casino was very fun the beverage ladies are very attentive. if your looking for local budget friendly fun book here ,my only concern I felt the bathroom could of been cleaned a lil better the tub and floors , other than that I will stay here again !

This hotel was not conveniently located near anything. While the service was just okay, I will say the staff who helped with our luggage were wonderful—very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. Breakfast was mediocre at best; they actually served burnt scrambled eggs and offered very limited options. To make matters worse, I had booked a suite and the welcome fruit bowl provided was rotten. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Pros: the service staff are really good and friendly Cons: the rooms look nothing like the pictures. The services you would generally have access to without added cost in 5 star are not available here. Rooms in general were clean-ish but not really up to standard.
