Had a cliff Oceanview room. Staff is very friendly. Food is very good pools fantastic and beach is very private.

Would definitely come again! Since we had a bigger party, I think our room size is not often booked so there were dead bugs and a dead cockroach, which caused the 4 stars. But overall, the staff, amenities, breakfast and location was excellent! We loved the beach the most. It was not as crowded as other beaches.

All services are way too slow. Booked 4 rooms ,Check in was 3 PM but didn’t got our room Key till 4. Front desk employee had no clue what they are doing. 4 other customers waiting and asking question about when the room will be available and they just stared at them with no response.No towels in our room. Ask for pool towels , employee replied, out of pool towels but we can use bathroom towels which our room don’t have any. Shower area don’t drained fast enough. Next person needs to wait till water drained unless you don’t mind 2 inches of water while you shower. One of our room’s AC wasn’t working. Came to checked, worked for few minutes then stop working. Don’t or wont answer phone when you call front services, so you have to go and talk to them in person. Breakfast food was ok. Had to wait for utensil’s, glass and cup cause they run out at 6:30 AM. Location was nice and quiet but too far from the main area or D’ Mall or to get food. Some staff are friendly and welcoming. Front desk is clueless! No direct access for the E -trike. 3-5 minutes from loading-unloading area to the hotel.

Rooms were clean and bright, Staff was Excellent…. Didn’t matter if it was front desk, restaurant, or maintenance. Breakfast as well any meal was well portioned and reasonable. Room ac was so cold that a couple of times I just turned it off. The only problem I had was with the TV. It would not stay connected to the WiFi.

everything was great and service was really good. my wife loves dried fish and was craving it and though it wasnt on the menu the chef went ahead, made it and brought it to our table!

Overall I could not fault the staff who were all lovely and the room was very comfortable. However… I came for a relaxing stay and I didn’t really get this, the pools were over run with screaming kids (normally I wouldn’t have a problem with kids playing but in a small pool screaming for no reason wasn’t a very relaxing atmosphere), who also found it funny to splash people on the sun loungers with no attempt of control by life guards. Breakfast was also disappointing with lukewarm food, dinner was better but then I got food poisoning in the middle of the night twice which could have only been from this food as I hadn’t eaten anywhere else. Additionally, on my last day there was some Halloween event which meant being forced to board a shuttle to a different venue to be served basically the exact same mediocre food. The beach was nice if a little windy but the beach facilities including sun loungers and parasols, were disappointing. Finally, I thought I would take advantage of the onsite spa for a massage, while this was ok I was left waiting for nearly 45 minutes for a therapist to turn up despite having pre-booked, which very much took away from the relaxed experience I was expecting. All in all I wouldn’t recommend staying here and I certainly won’t be back.

Beautiful place, comfortable rooms and awesome staff service. I will definitely be back here again.
