The dining room did not have tea & coffee and they only had one juice dispenser. There is no kettle or coffee & tea in the room There is no iron or ironing board in the room They need a new soap in the bathrooms the current one smells funny. Dont forget to ask for your pool towels when you check in as no one will ask you.

It's a good hotel however it seemed a bit old, not very modern. A lot of the facilities like pool tables, video games, etc were not working. Some of the water slides were not working or sometimes bumpy leading to some scratches on the way down. Food wise, not impressed at all. Very similar food choices everyday and vegetarians would really struggle for choices.

The service was a standout, especially from Abde Samad and Mehdi, who were both friendly and attentive. The water park was a highlight and perfect for all ages, and having drinks available throughout the day was a great bonus. Overall, a brilliant experience from start to finish.

I felt like we were staying in Bahia Palace, the vibe was amazing. It felt like a luxury hotel with a budget price tag. The inner courtyard was beautiful with an orange tree and other greenery. The breakfast was simple but freshly made. There were three very polite cats and a turtle. It can be a bit difficult to find, but once you do it is very easy to navigate from the Riad to the souks and the main square. I think the location is fantastic. The owner only really speaks french, but we were able to communicate over whatsapp or through google translate easily. He is super welcoming and pleasant. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this Riad.
