Arumeru Waterpark Holidays

Had a last minute booking and Didas was at the airport when we arrived despite some flight adjustments. He and the staff are kind and accommodating. The lodging is a little small but sufficient for 1/2 people not intending to be in the room all day. The property is nice but rain will get you as you move about. The restaurant is a great amenity when you get back late/ don't want to go search town for food. Breakfast is complimentary and was good each morning.

This resort is strangely wonderful. I mean that in the best way. It is a fun resort and if you have very young kids you may not leave. The pool is clean and refreshing.The food is cooked fresh for every meal( so sometimes when you order 4 different styles it can take a little while) but western , Indian or Tanzanian was all really tasty. All the pictures on the internet are real. ( apart from Swiss Cottage I couldn’t find that one) Bar is huge , so is the restaurant. Staff are very kind and helpful just remember to give them time to get a driver as they need to find someone they trust. The only down side is not there fault , and that it was quiet when we stayed. Plus the road outside was being reworked . Beer and food prices were all reasonable, we visited another resort and found out how good they were. So I do recommend it . I took my wife and two teenage girls and even though it was quiet we would all happily stay again.

This is a very basic hotel, located in a very residential area of Arusha. You will need a car to get anywhere. The hotel is more basic than what it looks in the pictures; however, the staff is great. Super helpful. The food was proper Tanzanian food which was delicious and the place feels like being in a Tanzanian home. No pool, no big restaurant, basic rooms that could do with some updating but the staff and the gardens are great. It was great for us for 1 night after finishing our safari and before going to Zanzibar. It is a place to rest without much

1. Excellent Facilities: Rooms are clean and bathroom has all amenities needed. Linen also very clean. Palace Hotel staff are helpful and polite. Breakfast menu is excellent for most tastes and food is fresh. The room is business friendly since you have a practical worktable and reliable wifi. The table-light at the worktable needs to be a little brighter. Otherwise an excellent facility I will recommend to others. 2. Challenge on Alignment of Reservations Desk and Online Booking: The marketing/reservations desk and online booking need to align. You gave me a quotation of $100 per night and charged me $259.20 for 2-3 Sept 2026 and $100 for 4 Sept 2026 for the simple reason that I paid online and would seek reimbursement from my employer, the University of Nairobi. This is after we had negotiated and received confirmation at the rate of $100 from your marketing/reservations department.
