The location and nature were absolutely amazing, situated at the foot of the mountains and surrounded by beautiful forest scenery. In the evenings, we enjoyed sitting outside in warm clothes and the cool, refreshing weather made the experience even more enjoyable. The “Zarif” restaurant and its service were outstanding. It is an ideal place for celebrating birthdays and other special occasions. With live music, you can enjoy a truly memorable evening. The swimming pool was spacious and very clean, and the heated sauna and Turkish bath were excellent as well. Overall, this is definitely a place worth visiting. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway surrounded by beautiful nature, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere.

The room was clean when we arrived, but the furniture was clearly not well maintained. The couch had cigarette burns, and the table was so wobbly that it was difficult to use. The breakfast experience was also disappointing. When we ordered coffee, the staff didn’t seem attentive, and the breakfast selection was very limited, particularly for Western guests. Overall, the property appears to need better maintenance and upkeep. One of the biggest disappointments for our family was the pool. The photos advertised beautiful waterfall features, but they were not operating during our stay, which was especially disappointing for our kids.

It is a disgrace to call this hotel a 5 stars and even worse, an autograph collection hotel. Staff was horribly trained, food was awful and overpriced, no concierge. Phone in room did nor work, fridge did not work. I paiud for two nights and left after one.
