The staff was super helpful in restaurant recommendation. The grilled pork belly restaurant right next to the hotel is delicious and not expensive. The swimming pool is good. Take a left at hotel entrance and drive down to the ocean. There’s parking there and the view is amazing !

Hotel was amazing, very good location on the waterfront, pool area has potential to do more ie: pool bar more drink varieties, snacks. Rooms were very spacious, hallway air flow could improve though going from a/c elevator to no ac to a/c room Considering the hotel is fairly new, it would be one to come back to in the future. Also Jeju itself is amazing

The Ac isnt working well.

The hotel staff were excellent, very helpful when asked for recommendations, and even assisted in early check in options by joining their membership. Convenient store next door was very great. Rooms were not very soundproofed though with noise coming in from the windows. Enough to wake me a twice in a 6 night stay. That's the only 1* less. Non carpeted floors! Very very clean! All in all, a good experience, just wished they could do something about the noise.

I loved our stay at the siena primo! The room was super clean and updated..I could tell that everything was well thought out and cared for. Breakfast buffet was awesome..! And swimming pool was so warm and comfortable to swim in even at night. Our family really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!
