Disappointing Stay — A Lot of Room for Improvement Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was disappointing. When we checked in, the staff did not inform us that there was a shuttle to the beach every 30 minutes. That would have been very helpful information to know upfront. The room itself was very worn and clearly in need of some updating. We were assigned a room directly next to the elevator, and the noise was extremely disruptive throughout the night. It constantly sounded like someone was knocking on our door, which made it very difficult to sleep. The bathroom was also extremely small. The door nearly hit the toilet when opening, and there was barely enough space for one person, let alone two people getting ready. The food was another disappointment. We did not find the quality or selection to be very good. For an adults-only resort, we also expected more of an evening experience. Instead, everything seemed to shut down very early. There was no food, no drinks, and not even room service available later in the evening.

Very well appointed condo. Views are incredible. Beach area is small but lovely. Infinity pool was great and perfectly heated. Wonderful pickleball and paddle court that’s surrounded by beautiful foliage and open 24hrs. Staff was helpful and accommodating of our needs for a late checkout.
