The room was large and very nice with great amenities. We also really enjoyed going to the private and shaded garden with a glass of wine to relax in peace and quiet.

An amazing staff and fantastic beds and rooms. We were there during a heatwave so it was a bit warm as the AC struggled to keep up, but overall an amazing place in a killer location.

Very charming Hotel. Minute from the beach with clean rooms and comfy bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing.!!!!!

My daughter’s dirty clothes—placed directly next to her travel bag on the floor—went missing during our stay. We lost hundreds of dollars in high-end activewear, including a Lululemon jacket, a Vuori set, Alo socks, and a Vuori halter. When I reported it, front desk staff claimed housekeeping "accidentally tossed" the clothes into the trash and that the refuse had already been collected. They refused to show camera footage to verify who entered the room, denied any theft, and insisted it was my mistake for leaving clothing near the bin. Considering how small the room trash cans are, it is completely unreasonable to claim a full wardrobe's worth of bulky clothes was mistaken for garbage. Management took zero accountability and offered no compensation or reimbursement for our lost property—they simply comped a single breakfast. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of responsibility and security here. I would not recommend staying at a hotel that takes so little care of its guests' personal belongings.

Great location but the service of front desk and the rooms not having good ac system make this more of a 3.5-4 star hotel not the typical 5 star I am use too. Gregory at concierge was awesome! Had to change rooms twice and ac system in both rooms were not working or not that great to cool down the room

Nice hotel. It was comfortable and in a great location. Beautiful to have breakfast beside the canal.

A unique boutique hotel in a great part of Brussels. Stayed 6 days and ithe hotel worked out well. If the price works for you I would recommend.
