Very Nice location, direct access to the Beach. All the staff is fantastic from the réception to the restaurant The restaurant is good, offers Nice variety of food, that is changed over days and every evening a différent main plat Rooms are large and in good condition, everything worked, the shower is enormous. Only improvement could be a slightly softer bed (it is 2m wide) Sea view if a must have if you start here

Overall a great hotel. Strong points are as follows; quite tidy and neat in the communal areas, good food at the breakfast and dinner buffets, polite staff, brilliantly easy access to the pool, complimentary cava in the afternoons, breathtaking views from the sea facing room! So pretty strong on most fronts. Negatives are as follows; caters mostly to German travellers but would certainly help if English proficiency was stronger amongst reception. Needless to say they were extremely helpful and did their best to understand me and my requests, so this is a minor (more of an experience thing than a functional thing). The next negative was with room cleanliness- now dont get me wrong they are spotless to the naked eye! But I did find a couple of light-ish wood louse looking creatures, once crawling up the bed and another time on arrival inside the cupboard. The housekeeping staff were awesome though, and did a fantastic job at cleaning the room each time they attended. So for this reason I only deducted one star for cleanliness. At least there weren’t any bed bugs. Facilities I gave a three because for starters, the gym is tiny- very difficult to get a workout in there when it was busy. I was expecting it to be small but some minor tweaks could certainly helped, e.g. making the mirror above the dumbells stretch the width of the wall so both benches can see their reflection. Secondly, some form of paid room service would’ve been nice for lunch.

The room was not cleaned properly, as there was stuff on the floor and even in the balcony. I do feel it depends on who was cleaning it, as they did the room late. The bathroom was clean well and the bedsheets were shabby but clean andnbath towel were fine. The air conditioning was rubbish to start of with and had to complain twice, but eventually after the third dayit was sorted. But still could have had more power coming through system. But was told there was a issue in that block which was block 2. The lifts weren't on so we had to climb to the second floor which wasn't pleasaThe staff were very helpful and friendly at reception although I found the older ones a bit miserable when asking a simple question. The restaurant had a lot of food but it felt like it was the same dishes everyday but just cook differently and at times cold. Loved the salad and collection of cakes and fruit. The pool restaurant was petty much the same. But always access to drink thoughout the day. The swimming pool was very big and quiet at times. The hotel was situated at a really good spot, where basically all the restaurants, supermarkets and gift shops on your doorstep. The restaurants around the area was responsibly priced & there was so much places to eat out, if you choose half board or breakfast only. The beach to me wasn't appealing and I was happy to stay around the hotel pool. On a whole I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay there again if I went back to Lanzarote.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kamezí Boutique Villas. Our villa was beautiful, spacious and well equipped. We all (adults and teens) enjoyed the pool and loved having a bbq outside one evening. The onsite market was super convenient and the bread and croissants from the bakery were amazing. The spa and bar/restaurant were also great with stunning views out to sea. I really hope we can come back sometime!

Amazing stay

Nice place central

Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There's lots of wardrobe space and lots of hangers (something that always makes me happy). The area is exceptionally clean, lovely garden areas and very little noise. Theres lots of parking either in the car park or on the road. Some things that would help improve but did not spoil my experience.... There are very few cooking utensils, a chopping board, sharp knife, wine glasses and mugs would be nice. Softer towels would also be appreciated. We had to pay a deposit for the tv remote and there are only basic channels - being able to sign onto apps such as Netflix would be handy. There is a charge for the safe - why? The safe box is in the room already so I can't understand why we have to pay extra for that. Finally we were greated on evening arrival by a welcoming receptionist, however when we visited during the day they were not so helpful. Infact, i felt i was putting them out by asking questions. Overall, a nice hotel with no frills. I would happily return. It is a little way out of Playa Blanca but we enjoyed the lovely walk along the amazing coastline to the Marina. Theres also some nice bars about 5 mins walk away from the hotel.
