The staff at this hotel is remarkable! Everyone from the manager, to the concierge, to the housekeeping staff was so friendly and kind. The location is awesome for its proximity to a subway station and bus stops.

Katarina Kim was an excellent and awesome hostess. Her shift was over but stayed until i arrived safely from airport to hotel. She went beyond her duty to make sure the correct driver waited and picked me up from airport.
Love her welcome note and goodies in my room when i checked in. She is the best! Xoxo

Amazing stay at The Ambassador Seoul! Impeccable service, elegant rooms, and stunning Namsan Tower views. Top-notch dining and perfect location near attractions. Staff went above and beyond. Highly recommend for luxury and comfort in Seoul! Can’t wait to return.
