Room was fine. No complementary bottled water though. The elevators looked dirty and beat up. When we first walked in, a lot shady looking people around. They had given our room away due to overbooking but the front desk lady found a way to get us 2 beds. Location was good though. Close to Starbucks & other stores.

Room was clean - shower could use a remodel. Front desk staff was friendly and professional very helpful with recommendations and knowledgeable with area. Room service was very good Dukes Bar was fun overall very good hotel staff.

It’s relatively clean. The ac doesn’t cool the room, we had to ask them to bring us a fan. The employees are nice and helpful. It’s convenient.

This place is beautiful everything is luxury! Only thing I opened a bottle in the mini fridge and the wine had mold in the bottle. However, the room is spotless the hotel is beautiful and the food and staff are very friendly! The area it is in Weho very close to everything and very nice.
