Staff were amazing, very accommodating and helpful during the remainder of our stay! Breakfast was delicious, but portion sizes varied from day to day. Location is perfect! You are close to everything in the city and bus stops are a 2 minute walk making it easy and accessible to get anywhere!

Excellent staff and facilities. Pool and restaurant services were top notch. Friendly and helpful at every turn. A little limited with options for morning coffee and sunset cocktails. Dolphin pool was entertaining and educational. Very peaceful alternative to downtown Waikiki.

The rooms are very spacious and clean, the grounds beautiful and the cleaning staff friendly and efficient.
I was disappointed with some of the desk staff which was a bit curt, and the limited number of lounge chairs available at the children pool where people reserve chairs with towels while not using them for hours..
