This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here.

This place was very underwhelming. Staff were haughty and arrogant. Room was not ready until mid-afternoon. Limited amenities. Would not stay here again.

Super spacious room ; service was responsive when placing request from our room (for amenities, etc.) Front desk staff also gave good recommendations. Would not hesitate to book the same hotel again if we visit Venice next time.

I'll start with: I cant find a single bad thing i could say about Due Torri in Abano Terme. Everything was just great. Staff was the politests and the helpful of all I have ever encountered. Rooms are fantastic. Spa services are very pleasant. Hotel has a doctor who can advise you which spa services are to help you. Swimming pool is really warm and pleasant. It contains thermal water, and although its big size, its not for swimming, but for relaxing and enjoying the spa machines, such as baths (inside pool) water current, waterfalls. Breakfast was pretty good , i'd give it 4 out 5. Lunch and dinner we didnt try. For those of you with bad backs, matresses are extremely comfortable. Cleaning is 5/5. Many shops and restaurants around. You can rent a car as well as return it directly at the hotel reception. They use europcar, and i think there is no extra charge for getting it from hotel. And final advise: my gps (iGo) couldnt find route to this hotel, because its surrounded byr pedestrian area. So when you get closer change to bycicle mode in your gps, it will then make a route available.You can still drive through pedestrian area, but very slowly.

The Hotel feels like part of history, it is so iconic - so many famous people (good & bad) have stayed there. The arrival at the Hotel as you approach on a motor launch is unique. Every member of staff are courteous and friendly - more than happy to help. Food & drinks are pricey but the Breakfast on the terrace in the morning - what a treat looking over the ocean across the beach. Room was great and we had a welcome bottle of wine on arrival. After a busy day shoulder-to-shoulder with the crowds in Venice, it is so lovely to escape from Saint Mark's square on their private shuttle for the 15 minute ride to the Lido and sanctuary. Couldn't recommend the Hotel highly enough. Truly legendary.

Hotel is beautiful and the room was very clean, the fridge was always stocked and beds were made and the trash was taken out each day. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly.
