The hotel is a bit dated and there was no shower curtain in our room. Cleanliness is acceptable and the beds are comfortable. The view was good, overlooking the bridges.
The location is superb and Lotte department store is within walking distance. Lots of shopping and restaurant options nearby.

Staff was courteous. View was really nice, but there were previous stains in the couch from who knows what that made me not want to sit there and the room was way too hot. It was always 29-31.5 degrees C in there and they said it couldn’t be changed so they offered a portable fan
