The room is fine, but the sink is yellowish . Overall I recommend Austrian Trend Europa

A luxurious hotel located next to the river in the town of Leinz. The rooms are large and spacious and include a balcony with a small seating area. The room includes: minibar, safe, hairdryer, espresso machine and bathrobes for guests' use. The spa is large and includes several types of saunas and a pool. The breakfast is rich and varied.

This hotel was classic Bavarian… Everything was excellent. Will recommend this hotel to all traveling in the Salzburg area.

Do not hesitate staying at this property. Kind and efficient staff, very roomy and well appointed rooms, meeting places, restaurants. Rooms were very fresh and comfortable. Short drive from Salzburg.

Villa Flöckner is super convenient to the Hauptbahnhof, no more than a 5-6 walk. Room was VERY quiet and A/C worked great. A bus stop (my ticket was free) is just across the street and provides ready access to the Alt Stadt in 15 minutes. That said, the old town is not close, requiring a bus ride or a ~30+ minute walk. Still, if you go along the river, it is a pretty walk. Breakfast was good but not as varied as other places I visited on this trip. A word of caution - if you are mobility impaired, this is not the place to stay. Although there is an elevator, it opens between floors, meaning you must walk up or down stairs, even to get to the main office to check in or check out.

Not a good hotel and rooms so small and smelly.. old and needs help.. won’t stay here and don’t recommend specially for the price
