Our room lock didn’t work so every time we had to go to our room we had to ask staff to go upstairs with us to unlock the door. There was only one single chair for a room that sleeps 4. No table. The bathroom has absolutely no where to put your stuff. Shower door couldn’t close properly so large crack would get the floor all wet. No shelf or niche in the shower to put anything you might have. Lots of dust under the beds. Breakfast had 2 hot items. Scrambled eggs, or sausages. At least it had AC during the heat wave.

The hotel staff was great, breakfast was well rated. Do understand that that all buildings in Rome are older but the rooms were also as expected. The location is very good, which is the reason we choose this hotel.

Might as well have slept in an oven...hit our heads several times on ceilings..

Great staff, very clean and modern

Super minimalist super clean hotel. Location is great as it is walking distance to all major sites. Hotel staff was super friendly and very attentive to every detail. Will definitely come back
