Excellent location. Easy to take the subway from City Hall. Great view from the balcony. Nice rooftop pool and the Irish pub next door as great food.

Enjoyed the stay while celebrating my wedding! The staff were very friendly. Just one thing—I realized we never received the Le Labo shower set (shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner).

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was really helpful. I definitely will stay again.

Although we had three people and only two towels everything else was fine. We did ask for an additional towel but it never came. All in all a great stay. Dominique at the Rope and Anchor was delightful!

It was beautiful, the staff was friendly. It was easy to find and convenient for the trip we had. Will stay there any time we travel to Philly. Super clean.

This Four Seasons was recommended to us by the staff at both the Texas and Boston locations and we were definitely not disappointed. The valet and bell staff were outstanding, providing warm and attentive service throughout our stay. While the front desk team was polite, they lacked the signature warmth and enthusiasm we’ve come to expect when arriving at a Four Seasons. That extra spark just wasn’t there. However, the spa and pool staff more than made up for it… they were exceptional. The views are stunning, and the pool is absolutely fantastic. If you’re visiting Philadelphia, this hotel is a must stay!

Upon arrival we noted air conditioner was not cold. Very nice Ms. Emily helped reset and it was cold for a minute. She called engineering. We had to leave for an event and when we returned to the room much later noted it was still high 70's. Restless, hot night of sleep. The band was fabulous, all staff great especially Marie, Willie, Griffin.
