Clean, friendly staff and 5 minute walk to train station

Although the property is old, the room was kept very clean and the location was excellent

Hotel was clean and central to the bus, train and airport limousine stations. There’s also a GS25 convenience store in the same building which is nice. Only qualm is the elevators can be slow at times.

The property was beautiful, it is on the higher end so certain things were high priced, laundry, food, and services but still beautiful and in a convenient location.

Good location near by subway station. Very calm area. Good hotel for rest.

Katarina Kim was an excellent and awesome hostess. Her shift was over but stayed until i arrived safely from airport to hotel. She went beyond her duty to make sure the correct driver waited and picked me up from airport. Love her welcome note and goodies in my room when i checked in. She is the best! Xoxo

Amazing, 5 star hotel. Staff were the best ive ever experienced!!

We had to wait 10 min for our room to be ready and they got us a bottle of wine just for that. They apologized more than 10 times, chased us down to give us the key, and even apologized again at our checkout. you don't get this kind of service in the US.

The room is actually really spacious! It has a full set of kitchen equipment, as well as a washer and dryer. We will definitely stay here again!
