Great location! The hotel is old. Really surprised to see that a bunch of garbage stuff has been piled inside the main entrance.

I enjoyed with swimming pool and gym. Good selection with breakfast bar. Recommend extended hours of shuttle bus and more information how to get to your hotel. I had a problem with taxi drivers who did not drive for a short distance from Gimpo Airport to your hotel. Thanks

The location was great. The carpet had stains on it. You can see the wear and tear of the washroom even where the main room is. I would only stay again because of the location. Some staffs are friendly, and some would completely ignore you. And if you approach them with a question, they looked irritated that you asked them a question. This is my honest review of the Lotte Hotel Seoul. For a five star they can definitely do a lot better.
