It is a super hotel, perfect for Izmir airport before flying and after flying if you have a late or early morning flights. Thank you again for a super stay.

The hotel was clean and wonderful. The staff members were polite and helpful. The breakfast was also good. The restaurant has a great location and view, but the menu and the prices don't match the value you expect to see from such high prices. I am sure that there is a lot that can be done on this front. The sustainability certification is great, however, one expects to see water fountains throughout the hotel to eliminate plastic waste. Hope to see some change here. We used the spa and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the massage. The spa background music definitely needs an update. Also, it is customary to see hydration options (water, tea, other) at no cost in spa environments. Hope it will be introduced in near future.

Room space was good. Cleaning inn the room was good. Cleaning inn common toilets was bad. There was no activity at all. For one night it was ok but more would be boring. Swimming pool was good. Sea was wavy. Dinner was Fine. But drinks was paid while dining. Breakfast was poor. Breads were not fresh and tost machine wouldnt work proper. The menus for extra food was like 2 time expensive. If you are going to stay for 1 or at most 2 nights , the hotel is Fine.

Hotel is ok, ideal for my stay, i came at the end of the season, hotel felt dirty and needed good clean in the public areas, Came to visit friend's so i knew what to expect.

Very clean swimming pool. Breakfast from menu was not the healthiest but the staff catered to our needs. Prefer to see healthy options nowadays, Greek yoghurt, berries, granola, avocado and scrambled/poached eggs. There was a Sunday brunch which was well attended and there was lots of choice. Not all staff speak English very well, but Nouri the restaurant manager was delightful and Aran the waiter was most attentive. The food in the evening is of a very high standard, in fact we liked it so much we ate in most nights. Bathrooms didn’t have conditioner for hair, and shampoo was combined with shower wash. All women need shampoo and conditioner and would have expected it, in this grade of hotel. Reception staff were very helpful but would be useful to provide map of the area and bus timetable, as on holiday you are trying to get away from your phone all the time. Good spa facilities and excellent therapists (special mention to Annie) plus beauty facilities and the lovely Malika to do my manicure. Overall a lovely hotel with a great chilled, relaxed, laid-back vibe.

We were only here for one night but this was a great hotel! Would absolutely recommend for a nice, clean room, and excellent staff!
