A really pleasant hotel with amazing staff. We had a private pool and it was lovely for the kids to be able to dip in and out. The overall hotel facilities were good, the pool and beach bar were good. Having a small beach effectively to ourselves was also great. It's reasonably good for snorkelling. The food was very good and plenty of variety on offer. The only thing I did not like was that the property is some distance from a shopping area, so would suggest a car to people. Although there are plenty of trips and tours arranged by the excellent concierge at the hotel.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful hotel! For our 25th anniversary, they surprised us with an upgrade from the standard Contessina Hotel to Contessina Suites and Spa and gave us a room with our own private pool, it was absolutely amazing. They also welcomed us with a bottle of wine and provided several great discounts throughout the hotel. The included breakfast was a highlight, with fresh-squeezed juices and a delicious spread I looked forward to every morning. But the best part? The staff who were all friendly, helpful, and genuinely courteous. Don’t even hesitate — stay here. Highly recommended!

A Wonderful Stay at Celestial All Suites! Our experience at Celestial All Suites was truly wonderful. The property is immaculate — everything is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and inviting. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at ease. A special mention must go to Ms. Georgia at the reception, who made our stay even more enjoyable. She was incredibly polite, warm, and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Her professionalism and kind demeanor stood out and added a personal touch to our visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and spotless place to stay with top-notch service!

The hotel itself is beautiful, set on a hillside with stunning views. The grounds are quite spread out, so be prepared for a bit of walking between areas. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made our stay more enjoyable. However, there were a few disappointments. The fan in our room didn’t work from day one, and despite reporting it, it was never fixed. The mini fridge stopped working after two days and was only repaired the day before we left. We also requested a corkscrew and were told they couldn’t find one — surprising, considering the hotel has at least three restaurants on site. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel with a lot of charm, but based on our experience, it doesn’t quite meet the standard of a true 5-star property.
