It is not a 4 stars hotel. The hot water stopped working and we were informed that the showers had to be very fast or we would have to wait for the heater to heat it up again.

Beautiful view of Isola Bella from property. Hotel is very dated, but clean and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Know that you are not near the center of Taormina and must take cable car to get to it.

People, location, food, pool, cleanliness-all tops

Great location. Room simple but very functional and comfortable. Rooftop bar is amazing with great drinks and spectacular view. Really nice breakfast which is a must. Helpful staff.

The property was beautiful and in a great location. Breakfast was very good and the cleaning people were wonderful. My only complaint is with the front desk staff. There were two occasions where the person I was speaking with took off when they saw another guest, basically while helping me, and told me a colleague would assist. I’ve never experienced that in a hotel before. Most of the time the staff were wonderful. The hotel should make it clear how you are to get to the lobby when you get dropped off at parking m, which is 4 floors it so below the lobby. The elevator is locked. It should be clear where a bell is so you can find your way and not be stuck. My cab driver called the hotel but my son’s did not so he called me and I had to tell the front desk he needed to get in. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel, we needed some quiet and relaxation so perfect for us, everything well thought out to meet your every need and very clean, amazing choice at breakfast with hot and cold options, the staff were wonderful, so helpful and friendly we felt right at home. The resort was very quiet with very few restaurants and bars but we were out of season, if the hotel restaurant had been open we would have eaten there but we would definitely return again when travelling through Sicily.

Staff was excellent. From the welcome, to the restaurant, everything with our stay was great.

I liked where it was located with a gorgeous view, very friendly staff, and a great room for resting! I would stay again!
