The property was very dated, the pictures online are highly edited. We booked the luxury suites, the washrooms were terrible and not properly cleaned, I would rate this hotel a 3 star at best. The staff are very pleasant and helpful but service is extremely slow. Restaurant orders for lunch and dinner took over an hour. We asked for an iron, they took forever to deliver it and then they entered the room and took it away even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door! The spa only had one staff member so getting multiple treatments for multiple people was a challenge.

Lovely hotel with delicious breakfast and good location. Staff were very available and helpful. We loved the rooftop jacuzzzi and lounges to chill. Spa didn't seem open but we got some drinks in evening. Rooms were really nice.

Excellent The location is ideal just a short walk from Jemaa el-Fna, yet the riad itself is quiet and peaceful, which made it the perfect place to relax after exploring Marrakech. A special thank you to the amazing team who made our stay so memorable. Yaseen gave us such a warm welcome, Ibrahim n Rashid served us breakfast every morning with delicious, fresh orange juice, and Simu at reception always brightened our day with his beautiful smile and genuine kindness. ❤️ Our room was spacious, spotless, and cleaned every day, with excellent service throughout our stay. We truly felt welcomed and cared for from beginning to end. We highly recommend Riad Wow and would happily stay here again!

Small riad located outside the medina. You need to be prepared to deal with staff who can be quite persistent in trying to sell extra services despite our refusals. We eventually booked and paid for an airport transfer through them. They had also offered us a takeaway breakfast, which we never received. We ended up without transportation in the middle of the night, having to figure things out ourselves, and they refused to issue a refund
