Good location. The hotel Room was small but the breakfast buffet was nice.

Good place stay and I have been many times when ever I visit to Singapore. Staff are cooperative, only few staff didn’t.

The most enjoyable stay I’ve had in awhile. Reception and the housekeeping department were exceptionally helpful and were prompt to fulfill my requests. My room was super quiet and spacious. Two things that I recommend fixing to elevate the place more. 1) Get better TVs-I did wish they have larger smart TVs that have access to steaming platforms. 2) Given the humidity of Singapore, I didn’t mind noticing some mold in my room, but I do hope they spend a bit on mold treatment to prevent deterring guests.

The hotel is very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the Wi-Fi. It is not very strong or stable. Had a hard time connecting my computer to the Wi-Fi.

An excellent and wonderful hotel! This was my second stay, and it will definitely be my top choice whenever I return to Singapore. However, I couldn't give a full 5-star rating due to two minor issues. First, despite letting them know in advance that we would be arriving early, one of our two rooms wasn't ready at check-in time (3:00 PM), and we didn't receive it until around 4:30 PM. Second, the pillows provided are only available in a standard size and softness. While the firmness happened to be perfect for me, they weren't suitable for my wife. We requested an alternative, and while the staff were very cooperative and provided another one, it still didn't work out. The hotel would benefit greatly from offering a pillow menu with different options.
