The front desk staff is really helpful and nice. The amenities kind of choked me on today's day a hotel that charges for the water bottle???, apart from that, i would say decent overall. For breakfast it is so poor options and around 9am not much left and lack of reposition, on top the staff is unfriendly and you have to beg for a spoon!!! The swimming pool and gym were great, so the staff on those areas. The stuff for the restaurante during dinner was great and supper friendly. I went with toddlers and they enjoyed the time and we were surprised with a cinema moment for the toddlers with popcorn.

Gorgeous hotel! I wish we would have had more time to enjoy it. I would definitely stay there again when in Bogota.

The internet in the rooms was not strong enough so I was unable to remote and work from there. Only spot that had strong internet to work online was one corner of the restaurant downstairs. There was loud music playing next door all night so it was impossible to rest properly. Bathroom was awfully small, toilet was leaking, and ten hallway was super dark at the end where my room was located. There was a trash bin at the end of the corridor. Food at the restaurant was decent probably the only positive thing about the hotel. I would not stayed again there for the money again. Not to mention that you cannot bring any guests to your room. Not even if they sign in.
