It’s in a decent Location. But for the money it’s not worth it and the rooms are small. Workers were great though and it was clean.

Good location. Keys didn’t work multiple times ut staff was helpful.

Excellent customer service, cleanliness

Certainly the best hotel in Seoul. Everything was perfect. Registration desk, cleanliness, food at the hotel. The suite was beautiful and large. People at the hotel very very nice. A fantastic experience for me. This hotel deserves a fifth star.

The hotel is amazing, and for the most part the staff were great. We stayed with a baby and requested a crib, but they said all they had was bed railings. But then on our last night we did get a crib so I guess they just didn’t have one available? Also they don’t allow any inflatables for babies in the pools. Food was great, the groceria was affordable and delicious. Buffet was very pricey which was a little surprising but the quality is there. Obviously the chefs table and Michelin star Chinese restaurant were the pricing you would expect. Overall we loved the hotel, and the view from the rooms was fantastic. Highly recommend.

We got a corner room which was not convenient for unpacking given the layout, but not a big deal. It is a new hotel, you could smell fresh furniture. Shower pressure could’ve been better, but having a ramen station with a full kitchen was a highlight!
