When you pay for a bottle of wine in cash and leave a tip and upon checking out they say I never paid is horrible business. Paid twice didn't want to hear I already paid. The buffet food? Horrendous. When you book a restaurant outside of resort for your bday and Felix front desk gets his scam on says need cab says possible it won't be safe cab has to wait for you never go out because he scared us and then find out its a 7 min walk on the beach is UNACCEPTABLE!. You want to hustle to make a few bucks off your guests but now they never ever return is dumb no? The bartenders at Mame were nice fun and honest they know how to treat guests. If your thinking about punta cana please do MUCH research because this place sucked

There were 24 of us in our group and I was disappointed that I spent so much time calling the resort to request our rooms be close together just to get there and have us spread so far out from each other.
