The hotel was great. My only complaint is that you need to make reservations for the specialty restaurants by 10 am and since checkin is not until 3pm I missed out on the first night to have a good dinner. And my opinion is that I paid for this full service and should not have been denied there. They should allow new arrivals to make dinner reservations where they like upon checkin regardless of checkin time being is at 3pm. That is not the guests fault and we paid - so I don’t understand the point of being denied.
