Beautiful property and unbelievable hospitality

A breathtaking view and a wonderful getaway, especially for couples. We stayed in an annex room. The air conditioning in that room is not adequate for summer temperatures. (No heat wave, just normal temps) We requested a fan but was not available. Had we known, would have bought one in Cagliari and donated. We had two rather uncomfortable nights. Otherwise, meals were excellent. All staff gracious and accommodating. It is a remarkable experience.

Definitely wasn’t for us. Ultimate cow herding resort vibe and over priced. Food was blah. Beach was packed and chaotic. They charged you extra for almost everything. Loud low budget shows late at night. Staff pretty disengaged and low energy (except the kids club counselors they were lovely). The area is beautiful if you drive around.

The room was spacious and clean. Loads of storage space. The buffet breakfast was good. Kids were happy with the options. They spent loads of time in the swimming pool.

This was an utter disapointmemt. We thought we had booked a 4 start adults only hotel for a relaxing stay with great facilities. It was NOT!!! The pictures are a catfish of what you actually get when you are there. The hotel is in need of a serious upgrade, and it feels like you are paying the price for it. The rooms to start. The rooms are relatively as pictures, but they are very old and tired lacking some basic things. The air conditioning really doesn’t work and in 38 degree heat was not what was needed. The bathroom lacked basic amenities such as cotton buds that should be basic. The room itself was not cleaned properly, my partner and I both had to wipe off dirt from the floor before getting into bed. The biggest disappointment was the facilities on offer. The Monte Turri adults only pool is dirty and in need of a revamp. The shades above the pool area need replacing and there was stains all over the cushions. We were told the bottom pool on site was also adults only. There was of course children there when we went. The breakfast was very simple and was ok, definitely not befitting a special stay. The staff however were great on duty serving and doing their best. The only real thing that is good about this hotel is the view. It is such a shame that the hotel doesn't back that up. Honestly can say an utter waste of £250 a night and left disappointed. This hotel should be 2 to 3 star rated.
