1-pillows were not comfortable 2- there was no iron and iron table in room 3- no sleepers in room 4- in the main restaurant , the number of the flys was more than the guests.

The worst ultra all inclusive hotel you can ever visit . The food as sooo bad , ordered nachos and guacamole, had to wait two hours in this a la carte restaurant, only to get half an avocado with a unbearable sauce on top . The tacos were so bad as well . There is no customer experience , no follow ups , no attention . I lost my sunglasses and they could not care less to try to find it . Everytime i try to speak with the customer service they say they will look into it and never reply . One of the worst hotels i have been in .

Very nice professional staff From check-in to checkout Food very edible and a great choice Beach bar fabulous views. Al a carte food and service plus sunset was very good

Very clean

Nice to have a the airport shuttle

The hotel was clean and the rooms were good. The staff were very good and helpful. Breakfast as also good. The location is tough to reach by car. The valet parking was good but there is not really a good place to stop in front of hotel. Our air conditioning went out on day two. They gave us another room which also the air conditioning did not work on room 3 we got one that did. The location is not great there are not many restaurants near by and you will need to take a taxi or drive with limited parking to go sees things. Staff were really awesome.

We had internet issues but Salih stayed on top of it to make sure the kids had their internet. Cleaning staff were attentive and helpful with clean linen and greeted us every morning in the hall. Hotel smells amazing and you literally hear nothing in your room!
