For anyone attending IMG, this is the only place to stay. It is the equivalent of a Holiday in express with the exception of the bar and restaurant. The staff there are exceptional and the food is first rate.

The insulation was awful. We could hear everything going on above us. It sounded like they were stomping and moving furniture. When the air conditioner kicked on you had to turn the tv up quite a bit to hear it

The overall experience was great. The staff was friendly and service was fast. The hotel is located in an amazing spot. We were minutes away from everything. The view of the marina was amazing as well.
There were some downfalls. The bathroom in the hotel room wasn't esthetically pleasing at all. They need to be renovated asap. Lastly, there were hidden fees, such as a $25 daily spending fee. Guest are charged this fee if they would like to buy something or not.

Beyond happy with this hotel- it’s in a great location (walking distance to restaurants and sites) and is a beautiful historic building that has been stylishly renovated. Our room was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. There’s a nice restaurant and cute coffee shop on site, staff members were friendly and kind, and there’s a free shuttle for guests to use. Would 100% stay here again.
