Excellent loved this property ! No issues was well taken care of my entire stay

The pool waiters we kind, but it seemed like they avoided us compared to those that spoke the language, I had to get up to get anything before they would notice and offer help. Others next to us were waited on all day. We were tipping really well at first too, so not sure what the issue was. The property and other staff were fantastic. I would highly recommend Anax if you will be staying on Mykonos.

The most amazing experience ever! The entire stay was perfect! My hustabd I stayed here for our honeymoon and we loved it. Amazing breakfast, staff, ambiance, cleanliness, everything!!!!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there are two things I wish I had known before booking. First, avoid the restaurant directly outside the hotel entrance. They were extremely pushy and approached us as soon as we arrived, knowing travelers are tired and hungry after checking in. We decided to eat there and immediately regretted it. The prices were far higher than anywhere else nearby. They charged €12 for a beer, while restaurants literally next door were charging around €7, and another nearby was about €5. We also ordered a small salad that was about the size of a kid’s portion, and it cost €30. A gyro sandwich that typically costs around €7 elsewhere was €40 there. There are plenty of much better restaurants within a short walk, so don’t feel pressured to eat at the first place you see. Second, if you’re booking for a family or group, make sure you carefully check the room layout on the hotel’s website. We booked a room for four people (my wife, our two kids, and me), expecting a larger family room based on the photos. Instead, it was essentially a standard room with two large beds squeezed into it. The room was so cramped that the beds were almost touching, and we had to turn sideways just to walk between them. We couldn’t even fully open the balcony door because there wasn’t enough space. If you’re expecting a room that’s significantly larger than the standard rooms, double-check exactly what you’re reserving.

Liked: Staff Helena? on reception and Thanos in restaurant. Both extremely helpful, approachable and professional. Room Breakfast Roof top pool. Any issues raised were resolved in a prompt and professional manner. Disliked: Housekeeping issues re dust in/ around bed frame Ashtrays left with cigarettes ends in it from previous guests. ( we are non smokers) Not enough staff serving breakfast and Thanos, although new, seemed to be left to oversee taking orders and serving a busy restaurant.

There is no transfer to & from the hotel, so you must walk next to the cars on this tight road. The staff does not go out of their way to help.
