We love staying here. It's so handy to everything. The trains etc.
We have stayed here 3 times as a family of 6.
The only complaint I had was the live in guests below us were constantly smoking Marijuana and we were u able to leave out windows open as it would reak our room out. I did mention to staff on day 1 and nothing was done. I would stay here again regardless. But that was really annoying

The air-conditioner unit did not work with NIL sleep for 5 people on the 3 bedroom apartment. Expedia stated free parking however The Star would only allow one vehicle. Terms and conditions never stated one vehicle therefore The Star should of allowed another but this was bluntly refused.
