Very lovely hotel stay with our family of four. The location is absolutely gorgeous by the water. We had a room with a balcony that was worth the extra cost. Dinner was very good at the hotel as well. Breakfast was included and lovely. Staff is very nice and accommodating.

Probably my favourite hotel in Glasgow. Friendly staff. Great drinks. Double height ceilings and period details give it a real lux feel. The rooms are on the right side of shabby chic but extremely comfortable. Great place to explore the West End from.

Lovely property across from Queen's Park....well maintained and breakfast was delicious.

Great place, close to everything! Great staff and restaurant and a really cool spa.

On getting to our room we found someone was already in there, so had to take some extra time returning to Reception only to find our room had been accidentally given away. This was fairly easily amended, with us being given a different room instead but without a balcony. We could’ve done without spending the time sorting this out especially lugging our bags and children around in the process. However, the staff were very courteous, with one lady especially being extremely helpful and making our children feel very welcome. The leisure facilities were excellent, and the breakfast fantastic.

Lovely stay! Everything is sparkling new and very friendly staff. Good location for exploring Cairngorms. Lots of eating options in walking distance. Good food in the hotel too.

So close to the airport that we didn’t need a taxi, which was why we chose it. We walked to it from the car rental return (of note, there’s also a Holiday Inn Express near by and we accidentally started heading in that direction). When dropping off our luggage, additional signs would be helpful as the entrance to the hotel was close to the airport parking and was confusing. Didn’t notice any noise from the airport during the hours that we were there. King bed had an uncomfortable seam but was ok if we weren’t directly on it. Would stay here again!

Located in a really nice area, with just the river in front of the hotel. Food was excellent, the fish was so fresh, and the manager who served us, explained the dishes and cheese platter very well. We really enjoyed ourselves and will recommend to our family and friends.
